Basics

E-File is the platform used by crew to upload personal documentation including passports, medicals, licenses, and type ratings.
On https://efile.norwegian.com, click on "Send me a new password." You will recieve an email from Prodefis with instructions to reset your login details. If you don't recieve a new password within 5 minutes, contact us at:
