"Log in with my Company Account"
This option uses Okta/HYPR. For further information about passwordless login, you may read this post on Workplace: "Passwords to become history!". For more information about registering HYPR, please read this document: "Login to Pelesys using new login method (HYPR)"

"Log in with my Pelesys Account"
This option uses the Pelesys specific account credentials. Login Name is always your
employee number. If you have forgotten your password to this account, please use the
"Forgot password" option.
Please note that this password is only used for the login option "Log in with my Pelesys account", and only applies to your Pelesys password and will not affect login to any other systems.
CrewPadPRO

This information can be found in our CrewPadPRO user guide, here is a quick summary.
Download and setup
- Go to App Store
- Download CrewPadPRO from the App Store
- Open CrewPadPRO and type in the activation code: 24677496
- Log in to CrewPadPRO using your HYPR login.
- Download the necessary courses and start learning!
This warning means that a mobile package for the course module is missing (CrewPadPRO
needs to download a mobile package to play the content). Please inform us and we
will fix it as soon as possible.

Courses completed in a browser
After completing the last slide of your course, it's very important that you exit the module properly, preferably using an "Exit" button if provided. Always make sure you get back to the window that contains an overview of the course content, i.e. where you click to launch a module, and make sure the course status is updated.
If the status still says "Incomplete", please re-launch the module and make sure all slides are finished properly. On most courses you can check slide status by expanding the menu in the top left corner.

Courses completed on CrewPad
CrewPad has no continuous communication with Pelesys, which means that all activity done on CrewPad are stored locally until the user trigger a synchronisation. You can sync CrewPad by either clicking the "Sync" button, or "Log out" (synchronisation will start when clicking "Log out").
Never leave a CrewPad session without synchronising!
Common Issues
- You can login via the "Elearning" button on Rednose. From there you can follow the instructions in "How do I change my password?"

If you've completed the course on CrewPad, it might just be a synchronization issue.
Please read the CrewPad section and
complete
these steps.

- Here you'll see all your current enrolled courses. Click "Enrollments" in the menu and then the filter button. Select "Show" expired courses.
