Pelesys FAQ
Frequently asked questions about our Learning Management System, Pelesys.
Basics
This is the LMS (Learning Management System) Norwegian crew use to complete computer based
training. This training is a legal requirement and completing it online is EASA approved.
There is more than one way of reaching Pelesys. Either via Rednose (my tools), or directly
at
https://norwegian.pelesys.com
Click on the silhouette in the top right corner, and then click on "My Profile". Type in
your preferred password and hit save.
CrewPad
CrewPad is an app developed by Pelesys that allows you to play content that is not normally
supported on your iPad. It also allows you to view content when you are offline. You
can find further information here.
CrewPad uses company login, hence it is the same login as for e.g. Rednose. Try
https://resetme.norwegian.com to reset your account/password.
CrewPad is currently only available for iPad's, but an Android version is under development.
This information can be found in our CrewPad user guide, here is a quick summary.

It is best viewed in Google Chrome. Make sure you have the latest version installed.

Altought some courses might work on your phone, we do not recommend it. Courses are not

Common Issues
There are two ways to recover your lost password:
- You can login via the "Elearning" button on Rednose. From there you can follow the instructions in "How do I change my password?"
- Contact us at "elearning@norwegian and we will try to get back to you within one business day.
We recommend you take a screenshot/picture of the last exam slide on every CBT you complete,
displaying your overall result. Forward this to elearning@norwegian.com and we will investiage.
Take a picture of where it freezes. X out of the course and access it again. If it does not
take you to the point where you left of, contact elearning@norwegian.com
Make sure your pop up blocker is disabled.
First of all - Use Google Chrome. Chrome has Flash Player built-in, but in some cases you
might have to enable it manually. Click here to open our Flash Player guide
This is a normal issue on computers with smaller screens. Click on "Maximize" on your
browser window and it should be visible.
Enrollments
You will be assigned CBT (Computer Based Training) time on your roster. However, you don’t
necessarily have to complete the course the day it is assigned to you on your roster. It
must be completed before the expiry date on Pelesys. Training coordinators may also on
occasion ask you to complete it before this if you are needed to operate a flight that
requires a specific CBT course to have been done.
If you've completed the course on CrewPad, it might just be a synchronization issue.
Please read the CrewPad section and complete
these steps.
Still no luck? Write us an email at: Elearning@norwegian.com
From your Pelesys Home Page:
- Here you'll see all your current enrolled courses. Click on the button below your name to reveal already completed courses.
- You can only review already completed courses within the expiry date.
- Some courses might be available as a reference course, for more information contact Elearning@norwegian.com
In general you can't, but not all cases are alike. Send a request to training_coordinators_agp@norwegian.com
- The only Security course for NAS crew is hosted on Litmos.
- For NAI/NUK there are two Security courses. One hosted on Pelesys and one hosted on Litmos
